Turbulence

Some days are more difficult than others,yesterday was one of those days for me.

I can't explain it.

I can't articulate it.

It felt like turbulent Ping-Pong balls in the pit of my stomach. Frustration levels were mounting, I couldn't think clearly. A heaviness came over me. Disoriented I gathered myself.

Casting my eyes downward, I asked for help.
